Our Health and Social Care taster days offer students the opportunity to explore the various healthcare courses on offer at the University of Leeds.
Students will have the opportunity to meet our academics, who through a number of subject taster sessions, will bring their courses to life. They will also get the chance to speak to our current students and have a tour of our campus and clinical skills facilities. Finally, students will hear from our admissions staff, who will go through the application process and why students should choose to study at the University of Leeds.
Our Health and Social Care taster days are suitable for Year 12 / first year college students studying on one of the following routes, and who are interested in a career in Health and Social Care:
Our Health and Social Care taster days run on set days throughout the year for individual students to attend unsupervised, or for small groups of students to attend with a teacher.
Requests can also be made by colleges and sixth forms who would prefer a bespoke event. Please note – a minimum booking of 50 students is required to make a bespoke event request, however please do get in touch if you do not meet this threshold.
