Meet the Professionals - Year 9 and 10

Run in collaboration with Higher Education providers across the region, the University of Leeds invites you to attend our annual Meet the NHS Professionals Event.

The event will introduce students to the various health careers and the courses on offer at HE providers across West Yorkshire. Students will take part in a welcome lecture, followed by speed dating with academics, students and current professionals from across these areas, where they will take part in mini taster activities, as well as being able to ask our exhibitors any questions about their courses, gaining a valuable insight into these professions.

This event is suitable for current Year 9 and 10 students who are interested in studying a healthcare related degree at University.

Booking a place

If you are a teacher wishing to bring a group of students to the event, please fill out this online form. Please note – bookings are available to be made for a maximum of 10 students plus 2 staff. This event has capacity for 180 students plus 36 staff. The event is free to attend - lunch will be provided as part of the event.
